15th December 2007 - Cierra Recycling enters into partnership negotiations with Clean-Tech Energy Company in Delaware USACierra Recycling confirms that it has entered into Heads of Agreement with a Clean-Tech Energy technology provider to create a new company called Cierra Energy from Waste to implement environmentally friendly Energy Solutions. Warren Vanderpool, Head of Cierra Research & Development said "The creation of the new Cierra Energy from Waste company forms one part of the strategic development of the Cierra Group into an environmental solutions provider. We are in discussions with several new technology providers to add additional environmental services to the Group's operational capabilities, and we will be releasing information to the market as these discussions are formalised. This agreement is the first step towards our strategic vision of becoming a global environmental solutions provider, and comes after many months of discussions with a variety of different clean-tech energy technology providers. I now look forward to developing the synergies between the two companies over the coming months and finalising the partnership between the two companies". |

Cierra also undertakes all consumer and user group market research on all products to ensure that they are fit for purpose and are well received by the market.
